At Zahar Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Perfume bottles must be sealed and unopened
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
