All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available in the UAE.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product formulations, is the property of Zahar Fragrance and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

All Zahar Fragrance products are 100% authentic and crafted in-house. Each product comes with a certificate of authenticity. We do not sell counterfeit or third-party fragrances.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.

Zahar Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
