• Prices include VAT as required by UAE law
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice

5. Delivery

Delivery Areas: We deliver across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery Times:

• Dubai: Same-day or next-day delivery
• Other Emirates: 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law:

• Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is defective
